"Very basic rooms and unwelcoming reception staff: Swan tower Novo Hamburgo is said to be a 4 star hotel from the outside and in the lobby but it lacks the very basic room amenities such as a bathrobe, a pair of disposable slippers, an iron and a simple coffee jug- no 4am coffee lol unless you called over the phone (paid extra) and that would probably be a bother understandably. Bar looked amazing but it was a real struggle to get anyone to help. Always empty and unattended. Rooms were VERY basic...

"Hotel antigo, com apenas 1 elevador. Meu quarto não tinha tomada de três pinos, não da para carregar notebook. Chuveiro não esquenta, precisei fazer muitas tentativas até começar a esquentar. "

"Quarto confortável. Chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã bom, porém, com itens faltando e demora para reposição. Muito barulho durante a madrugada."
