The hotel rooms are small but if the plan is just for sleeping then is is great.The breakfast is awesome,have valet parking not overcharged and front desk people are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed one night as we passed through Porto Alegre. Front desk staff was great & very helpful. Bed was comfortable, AC worked great, extra blanket/pillow available. No safe. We found it strange to have no glasses or cork screw in the building. Rooms are quite small & very basic. The breakfast was so-so for our experience in Brasil. Located on a very busy street. Valet parking was available for a reasonable price. The door man was very kind. Overall, it was acceptable but not remarkable.

Ibis is well known for no frills, clean and affordable rooms. All I want is a good/clean bed and good/clean bathroom. Well, this time i was extremely disappointed with the shower. The water would suddenly becomes scalding hot for 5 seconds and immediately turn ice cold for another 5 seconds. The following morning, upon check-out, I mentioned to the front desk clerk and he already knew of the issue. He even mentioned that maintenance was aware aand theey don't do anything. But, even knowing, they still rent thee room without mentioning to the guest. Since I have other options within that area, my next time will be on another property.

Tive uma estadia agradável neste hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar. O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos. A estrutura geral do hotel é bem conservada, com áreas comuns organizadas e ambiente acolhedor. O Wi-Fi funcionou adequadamente durante toda a estadia, assim como os demais serviços disponíveis. No geral, recomendo este hotel para quem busca uma opção prática, bem localizada e com bom custo-benefício.

Tive problemas com o ar condicionado do quarto que estava vazando água, inclusive molhou meu celular e meu computador. Reclamei e não resolveram o problema e não me trocaram de quarto. Não gostei nada. Experiência horrível. De sorte que meus aparelhos não danificaram.

Hotel bem localizado, com estacionamento conveniado. Bom atendimento porém check-in um pouco demorado. Quarto limpo e simples, travesseiros bons e roupa de cama confortável, toalha fina e insuficiente para o número de hóspedes, não havia toalha de rosto. Café da manhã não avaliado.
