"I stayed at the palazzo from sat -sat. On day 3 I asked for My room to be cleaned I was told that it would be cleaned the following day which was on Wednesday, we went to the parks early Wednesday am came back to the hotel by 7 pm the room was still dirty , I called the front desk the only thing I got was an apology so we slept in that dirty room until it was time to check out."

"The breakfast was outstanding and delicious and it was serve hot. It was plenty and never ran out the food was tasty and the cook at the omelet station was outstanding really enjoy everything included the housekeeper"

"zimmer war groß und sauber. haben uns an sich wohl gefühlt. lage top. wir waren 5 tage vor ort, leider war der hot tub die ganze zeit außer betrieb und den lazy river konnten wir nur 1x nutzen, da ansonsten geschlossen wegen peronalmangel. daher etwas enttäschend, da wir genau deswegen das hotel ausgewählt hatten.."
