I was amazed at the anniversary surprise that I received. This is my second time in the last two years of staying at this very same hotel and I will definitely be back a third time. "I had an absolute amazing experience at this resort. The food was wonderful with so many options. The indian station at the buffet was exceptional. The staff was so kind and friendly and pleasant, a special shout out to Petrina at the French restaurant, our servers Chetaya and Tamara, and Olivia at concierge. They have a heart of gold. The housekeeping staff are the undercover heroes who took care of the rooms so well. The resort is beautiful, both the Hyatt Ziva and Zilara sides. The golf carts to take you from place to place which was so helpful for my mother with bad knees and ankles. Everything was truly wonderful and I would highly recommend! "

"I really Enjoyed the RIU Palace Montego Bay. Only issue i had was the confusion with shuttle transport. We contacted shuttle transport and were told transportation was not included through 3rd party booking. But later told it was so ended up paying for transportation. But overall good experience and a lot of events going on. "
