The hot tub was broken the whole time we were there they said they could drain the water and replace but wouldn’t be ready for two days because it has to have time to warm up. Not sure why this wasn’t done ahead of time instead of it just sitting there. We were going to be checked out before it was fixed so we were sol. The A/C in master room was broken and I contacted host with no answer. Called support and they advised me...

"Bij aankomst bleek er bij de huiseigenaar geen boeking bekend. The French Concierge was niet meer te bereiken en uiteindelijk kon VRBO ook niets meer voor ons betekenen. Op eigen houtje een vervangende locatie geboekt. Nu hopen dat we ons geld snel terug krijgen. Voor ons nooit meer"

"This a very nice tuscan home with a beautiful private pool which was great relaxing one afternoon. It has a great view. You do have to drive a small winding country road to get there but so nice when you get to the top."
