"Amazing ! Our favorite stay in Italy . The views were incredible and looked like a painting everywhere you turned. This was the perfect location in Tuscany , only 5 minutes away from San Gimniano . The space was ideal for our family and the pool was absolutely perfect. We would love to come back someday ! "

"Belle résidence conforme à l'annonce. Il n'etait toutefois pas mentionné dans l'annonce que les propriétaires logaient au même endroit. Ces derniers étaient fort présents et surveillaient nos faits et gestes. Ces derniers ont été fort agressifs lors de notre départ car nous ne voulions pas payer 6/machine à laver étant donné que ce n'etait pas prévu dans les conditions de location. Nous avons toutefois passée une super semaine dans cette très belle région."

"We had the perfect two weeks holidays in Tuscany during August 2023. The house is perfect for a big family or a group of friends. It has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, the swimming is perfect and has sun all day long. The house is easy to reach by car and it's on the top of a hill so you have a breathtaking sunset view everyday. The owner was very responsive and kept close contact with us. We also tried the wines produced by them which was great. Property exactly as described"

"Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in Betulla C verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Das parkähnliche Grundstück und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Vom Grundstück aus hat man außergewöhnlich schöne Aussichten. Organisation und Schlüsselübergabe waren perfekt. Wir können die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen und würden diese auch bei einem nächsten Toskana- Urlaub wieder buchen."

"This place met all of my expectations. It was clean, well prepared, taken care of by very friendly and helpful owners. Beautiful garden offered both sun exposure and shadow, swimming pool was sufficient for the whole group, barbecue was also very useful. All the amenities at home were ok, bathrooms were comfortable, beds as well, bedrooms spacious and easy to air. The place looks much better in reality than on pics, which is rare. Certainly worth recommending."

"We stayed for a week at La Ripa. It is a very beautiful and quiet place. It is a few minutes from San Gimignano and it is a central place to visit nice villages in Toscany. Rodrigo was there to welcome us and securing for us an optimal stay. He was amicable and available. This is a place we are highly recommending."

"Exceptional views from this property. The room was for 4. It had a rustic farm house vibe. Unfortunately there was mold in the bathroom and a nest of spiders in the beams above the bed (which my husband was happy to sleep under - so we ignored). There is no noise insulation between floors and you can hear other guests above you, but everyone was respectful and noise minimal. The spare blankets in the cupboard needed a wash and were unusable. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable. The infinity pool was great and generally quiet creating a relaxing atmosphere. You need a car if you stay in one of the annexes otherwise you would have to walk up a hill. We had access to a balcony and a common area. The kitchen was accessible but you are not allowed to use unless you book an apartment.) Breakfast was very good and the terrace is amazing. We only had interaction with two staff members. One was lovely, friendly and helpful. The other was the complete opposite, which ruined some of the shine. Overall lovely place to stay, fantastic grounds and we will definitely try and visit again!"
