"A really lovely house with every accomodation you need to spend a perfect holiday. We even found a dutch novel our daughter started to read :). It really is close to the beach, with just 5-10 mins walk. By car, Livorno, Pisa and even Florence are very closeby, and perfect getaways for when you want a break from the beach. The owner is a friendly guy who is very responsive and reachable should you have questions. We felt very welcome! Thanks for a lovely holiday!"

"Property is perfectly located, block away from the sea and the same from nice forest. However you need to be aware that it is a basement, so bedrooms windows are at street level."
