"Sehr schön eingerichtetes Rustico, nördlich von Pisa und Lucca. Anfahrt ca. 11km den Berg hoch etwas abenteuerlich. Und auf Mücken sollte man vorbereitet sein. Ansonsten perfekt für die persönliche Auszeit mit kleinem Budget, aber auch für die Teenie-Gruppenfahrt. Man stört keinen und hat selbst seine Ruhe. Mega Aussicht auf die Bucht von Livorno/Viareggio. "Fabrizio's house is magnificent. Typical and surrounded by olive trees, it is also beautifully decorated down to the last detail and perfectly equipped. Our host was extremely kind and attentive to our needs whenever we asked, and at the same time very discreet. We arrived relatively late, but he had done some shopping for us so we could have dinner and had even set the table! Fabrizio also gave us invaluable advice on places to visit in Tuscany apart from the main sites that we naturally think...

"This house was lovely. There was plenty of space to spread out, screens on all windows to enjoy the breeze, beautiful Tuscany views from the comfortable balcony, and a wonderful new pool. The host was responsive, and we enjoyed our stay. The water pressure was great, and there was a good amount of comfortable furnishings, supplies, etc. The only challenge we had was that the internet was spotty at times and in some places, but the reality is we were there for R&R, so I am not sure that was...
