"We found the home to be very clean and things were as expected. It took us about 5 minutes to get into Alamosa. The property that the trailer is on is not super well kept but the house is. I wish the bed in the master bedroom would have been a queen bed instead of a full and had more comfortable sheets. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice. The living room is really comfortable. The host responded to us very quickly when we reached out to them during our stay."

"The house was very nice and clean. There are just two of us, so we only used the downstairs. I took a peek at the upstairs and there was lots of room for at least four more people. We went to several nearby lakes and caught fish. The river behind the house is beautiful and very accessible for fishing. We are older and wading is a thing of the past for us but I would imagine the fly fishing is wonderful. We would definitely stay again."

"This was an overnight stay for a very quick girls trip. Dining was delicious! The room was spacious. It was incredibly quiet at the entire hotel. Staff was very friendly. There is definitely a sense of community in Del Norte, Colorado. Highly recommend you check out the Windsor for its history and just a super special place to spend a day or two."

"Not many choices in Alamosa. This is am older property but it is qell maintained. Great bed!!!! Friendly staff. The location is somewhat industrial bit within a 5 minute drive to restaurants and downtown. This is the best place I've stayed in Alamosa. The ither motels I've stayed in were all a bit iffy. Whenever I come back I will definitely stay here."

"The hotel was built in 1930 and still has the snazzy feel of that era - including the fancy “lift” aka “elevator” - although the hotel’s been updated in various ways. The room was a bit small contrasted with modern hotels, but was more than adequate for this solo motorcycle rider. The “Continental breakfast” was one of the best I’ve ever had (thanks to LONG TIME employee Linda). Overall I found the hotel fairly fascinating and well worth the money - but DON’T bring a pet unless you’re prepared to pay a steep fee and possibly be required to go elsewhere. Thanks to the owners for going out of their way on my late checkout today. "
