"It’s the best option if you’re travelling down south, its location by the bus station and costanera Park it the best. The breakfast was awesome and the room as well. Everything quite clean and good quality Totally recommended"

"Breakfast was fresh nevertheless a little change in daily menu would go a long way for someone spending five days at the property. Location was perfect ! Friendly staff. Oh..the room key cards did not work and I’ve had to make multiple treks to the front desk to get it reset. This is a known issue and disappointed that the hotel is not addressing this problem now. "

"It would be nice if they had pantry basics like salt, pepper, and oil. They were short on toilet paper, but we didn’t inquire for more. The property could use dusting on the outside and inside to remove copious cobwebs. There was a leak from the upper to lower bathroom that looks like they’ve had issues with before and were responsive when I let them know about it, but it made the use of either bathroom inconvenient. The TV is also hung very close to the middle of the room and I almost clocked myself on it several times."
