We stayed two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was nice and comfortable and the view from our second floor room was breathtaking. We also really enjoyed and appreciated the breakfasts! The staff was friendly and accomodating. We arrived after dark tired from a long day of traveling and were greeted warmly. When we conveyed that we'd had no dinner the receptionist shared her dinner with us. That kind and generous gesture was certainly unexpected and absolutely delightful! One thing to note is that communicating your arrival via phone or WhatsApp is helpful. We found it a bit tricky to initially get into the compound because there is a closed gate that you only can operate yourself after checking in. The good news is that the phone number to reception is posted outside the gate and staff is responsive when called. After making that initial contact we were connected via WhatsApp and that made communication so easy. This became especially helpful when we needed information about local medical services we were given a referral and offers of assistance if needed. The personal concern and homey atmosphere were comforting. Our expections were exceeded!

Tienen falsa propaganda, la cabaña que me ofrecieron se encontraba en mal estado, el piso, la cocina, las camas hubo que hacerlas, y además la ropa de cama tenía arañas, la tv funcionaba un canal, no tenía cable, además de que estaba pasada a humedad, el refrigerador en mal estado, sonaba mucho, la cocina que hay es vieja y está em mal estado, pues el horno no funcionaba, y la casa en sus esquinas tiene muchas telarañas, ofrecen piscina, pero justamente no la tienen funcionando, sin mencionar que si se ocupaba se debía cancelar aparte, el estacionamiento, está desnivelado, y lleno de agua, es una perdida de tiempo y dinero arrendar en este lugar.

A éviter. Sale et peu accueillant

Introuvable sur la. Localisation gps, piste d'accès très difficile, chambre avec bain hydromassage sans aucun aménagement et sale. Baignoire et jets d'eau pleins de poussière. Petit déjeuner sommaire servi en chambre avant l'heure, pas possible d'aller à la piscine qui n'ouvre qu'à 10h. Accueil pas sympa, porte close alors que nous étions perdus pendant 2h pour trouver l'hôtel. Pas de téléphoner de contact du gardien sur la confirmation de réservation.
