"The unit is very clean, and well stocked with all items that you need for your stay. The air conditioning works wonderfully and both bedrooms have a ceiling fan to stay comfortable. King beds in both bedrooms is a nice bonus! Water pressure in the front bathroom and kitchen is very weak, but we dealt with it. The master bathroom has good water pressure, but the temperature in the shower is backwards. The internet was reliable and fast! The parking garage is great for your rental car to keep it out of the sun and there's only one flight of stairs to get up to the unit.The Pacifico complex is very safe with gated entry, amazing pools to hang out at, and restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Outside of Pacifico, you have a short walk to everything Playa del Coco has to offer in terms of other restaurants, souvenir shops, and the beach itself.We used the location as a starting point for some day trips, and we were able to go to Rincon de la ieja, Palo Verde, and Playa de Flamingo with drives of about 1 hour each way. General Costa Rica comments: Bring plenty of sunscreen, as the UV is super intense. And be aware that restaurant prices in the tourist areas are similar to prices in the US for standard entrees. With the lodging price more affordable than other locations, it was a bit of a surprise how much groceries and restaurants cost. Also, knowing a bit of basic Spanish is definitely helpful as not every place wants to carry on conversation in English."

"We had a fantastic stay! The home is gorgeous and offers stunning views. Having access to the beach club which was a nice bonus.Most of our excursions—ziplining, ATV riding, and charter fishing—were around 1.5 hours away. The drives were a bit challenging at times due to the road conditions, but the experiences were well worth it.The house is located in a gated neighborhood with 24/7 security patrol, which gave us great peace of mind. We also loved the convenience of having a grocery store right within the neighborhood.Inside, the home was so well-stocked with everything we could possibly need: beach towels, pool noodles, boogie boards, high-quality cookware, grilling tools, and even essentials like dishwasher and laundry detergent. Everything was thoughtfully provided."

"Our family of 8 had an amazing time. We all like to lounge in the sun so when I inquired about there only being 4 sun chairs, they went and purchased 4 more prior to our arrival. We did have an issue with the water pressure one day but after a text to the house manager he was there in 30 min and fixed the issue. The view from this house never got old. We felt so secluded but yet just a 4 min golf cart ride into town. I highly recommend the chef. 2 staff stayed for lunch and dinner and served us drinks in between. Also highly recommend The Lookout restaurant close by. Beautiful house in a great location!"

"Fabulous stay in Pacifico. Unit is perfectly situated near the main pool complex and the pool bar. The unit itself was clean and spacious. The separate Pacifico Beach Club on the water is a huge plus with separate pools, beach and great restaurant. We had a car, which we needed for excursions, but not if you are just staying in Coco, as nearly everything is walkable.Communication with the property manager was good, especially when the safe wasn't operable when we first checked in, and they were very attentive to fix it. But it amazes me when a property manager doesn't take the time to leave any welcome information. I've stayed in the area before (not Coco or Pacifico), but anyone new to the area may have a challenging time finding restaurants, grocery stores, etc.The listing is slightly misleading saying there is no "fee" but a minimum spend for the Beach Club. There is a 35/person fee to use the beach club, of which 25/person is credited to a food tab. Still, the net 10/person fee you pay is well worth it for use of the lounge chairs, which cost more at other beaches."

"We had an amazing trip!! Norma is the absolute best and every meal she made was so good. We used the golf carts to get to town and the beach club and we used the transportation arranged by Katya to explore further. The catamaran and river tour are an absolute must. I’m already planning my trip back! "
