"The property is very nicely decorated and has a great view on the city of Gubbio. The facilities are big and roomy and nicely decorated. The cousine is excellent! The place seems to be a popular destination for weddings and birthday parties. The room are in a separate building so the parties do not bother, but they are not very sound proof, so if there are noisy guests staying the night you definitely want to have earbuds with you.
