"Property and staff were excellent! Room was tiny but clean and modern. Only issue we had was the air conditioner was not effective however the young ladies at front desk were very accommodating and got us fan. We stayed one night in preparation to board a cruise so it was overall a great experience. "

"We stayed 5 nights and everything was great! Breakfast was amazing and the ladies in charge were attentive, kind and friendly. The view was beautiful and selection of items varied from hot sctambled eggs, bacon and toast to cold yogurt, fruit, juice and yummy pastries. The concierge was avaialble 24/7 and very helpful as well. They gave us information on how to take the bus, metro and train to Pisa. The also offer a shuttle to and from the airport for a fee. Definitely will stay here on our return trip to Rome! "

"This is a small family run hotel. Nothing like a “big box” American hotel. The lobby and hotel are on the 2nd floor with access via stairs or a classic gate elevator. (Very cool). This is like a combo between a boutique hotel and B&B, minus the breakfast. What really sets it apart is the staff. It is owned and run by a family and while we were there we felt like their American cousins who had come for a visit. You can find fancier hotels, but unlikely to find in where you matter as much. "
