"Unfortunately the water heater was broken when we arrived. A technician arrived the next day to repair which was great, but unfortunately we were only at the place for 2 days. Casa da Suite seemed to do their best to address the issue within 1 day which was nice. "

"The area was nice. There is a Carrefour Express across the street and many dining options in the building which takes up an entire city block. The apartment itself was not very clean with few amenities. Check in and check out are do-it-yourself. "

"The staff were super nice and helpful but the location of the apartment is HORRIBLE. Area dirty and feels unsafe. Apartment very basic. I feel bad for the great staff but I do not recommend it, especially for women traveling alone. "
