"It's a dirty place. Lorenzo, a guy in his 50's, was very rude with us for no apparent reason. I asked him to an extension and he told me that the hostel was full At the same time I looked in the internet and the same hostel had like 5 places available. I showed him and he didn't know what to say. I WON'T COME BACK to this place. NO MORE. Bathrooms had no soup either toilet papers. Lockers were very far from the beds. "

"A good selection, although dare I say ever so slightly overrated. However, it is a good place for a short stay. Cleanliness is okay. In fact, everything is okay. If you want great however, I would recommend another hostel...in my opinion, Ostelzzz comes to mind."

"Basically fine, good for one night but not much more. To access the front door you have to go through an underground carpark which doesn't feel very safe or secure later at night. The communal area is a scattering of damaged tables and chairs arranged randomly in a concrete yard. The rooms are not locked, guests aren't given a key, so make sure you bring a padlock to secure your belongings! Close to a metro stop which can take you to the nicer parts of town. Don't think I'd return!"

"We were two friends, we book there separately for the shared dormitory room. When we reach there the receptionist denied to give us space in the same room saying you booked separately so i can’t do any thing for you as its all full. So they put us there in two different shared dormitory rooms."

"Wouldn't let us check-in as it was past 8PM, this couldn't be helped as our flight was delayed but no sympathy or consideration was taken by the hotel. The Hotel was pre-paid and they would not refund the money."
