"We missed the breakfast because we were jetlagged. The honey scented amenities were very nice. The beds were comfortable. Overall good experience but not exceptional. It was overpriced for the experience. But it was in a good location. The status on Expedia said we would have a complimentary drink per adult guest but that was not offered. Kettle in room did not work, neither did the outlet to charge our phone. Also we tried calling the front desk for room service, no one picked up. Overall I would not pay this price again for this experience. It was average at best. "

"The staff was amazing, specially Luccrecia. The room were small but very clean and new. The only thing that would have made it excellent if the bar had some food items at night. But even though they didn’t the staff warmed us some flat bread so we will not go to bed hungry. "

"Ok. Not great. Not bad. Just ok. Our room was clean but had a set of stairs and an outside door right outside our room. Our neighbours came back at 1:30am two nights and woke us up, not because the were noisy, but because the shared door was so close to us. I don’t think the location is particularly good. It’s 12 minutes walk from Termini which is why we chose it but 30 minutes walk to the nearest must-see sight. If you want a fancy hotel that’s near the sights, book elsewhere. "

"Check-in was smooth even though we arrived around 3 AM. The staff member at reception was very polite and welcoming. I’d also like to mention the security staff (I didn’t catch his name) who was extremely friendly—he kindly picked us up from reception and dropped us right at our room door 786,which was much appreciated. Overall, it was a very good stay."

"Pleasant enough, but I felt it was quite pricey for what you get. Be mindful to check when the pool is available, I opted to stay here and pay a little more because they had a pool but it wasn't accessible early April (and typically when we went, there was a heatwave so it would have been nice). Hairdryer kept cutting out when you used the hotter setting, lift broke down 2/4 days we were there. The complementary toiletries could have been a better quality. But all that said, location is perfect for access to metro and buses, not to mention one of the main attractions, the coloseum, the staff are friendly enough and the cleanliness was good enough to keep someone like me who has OCD happy. Also staff tried to shuffle things round to locate the two rooms we booked, close together."

"The staff was very friendly! We very much liked our stay at this hotel. The room was a bit outdated and bathroom door wouldn’t open all the way bc of the toilet. We did like that the room was cleaned when we came back to every day. The breakfast was an extra $15 pp per day, so we opted out. Nice location as well. A lot of restaurants near by. "
