The hot water has challenges but once I messaged them, they were over in minutes to help. If you have a rental car, this could not be more perfect as the parking is adjacent to the home. "This is a charming house in a small town outside Cortona. Easily located near all the things you would want to see in the area. "An excellent experience! Property is at the bottom of town, close to restaurants and grocery store. Villa was very clean and well stocked and had a beautiful view. Beds were firm but comfortable. Free Parking was a few streets away downhill. A perfect place to stay in Montepulciano. "
