"Monica at check in was so pleasant & helpful although being the only staff person working the front desk with a sold out hotel full of cruise passengers. Our shuttle driver was courteous & helpful with dinner recommendations. Definitely will consider this hotel if we are in Seattle again. "

"I was truly surprised with the accommodations, our room was roomy, clean and very appealing. The staff and the security folks were friendly and helpful. It was nice that they just opened up a non smoking gambling area too."
