● Ski-In/Ski-Out: Ski access is weather-dependent, but the run is typically open from late December through April.
● Visitor Parking: A few visitor parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of one spot per unit.
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.
Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:

2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.
