"Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The private underground parking was great for ease of unloading and accessing the apartment. Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating. "This hotel is fabulous! The attention to detail is what sets it apart. I travelled with my 7 year old daughter and she was very happy to be seen and catered for. She had her own small bed, welcome treats and gifts (Heidi is safely in South Africa) and amenities. We had late lunch at the Bar (the langoustine pasta is so good!) The location is great! You can walk to most of the attractions like St Peter’s Cathedral, Old Town, Lake Geneva and great shopping across the river on Rue du Rhône. This was ranked top out of 4 hotels which we stayed in on our European vacation. I highly recommend this hotel."
