Hotel Horto Convento
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel was exceptional! The grounds were beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful. The location was perfect. The only downside was they don't have smart TVs and limited stations in English. We have to sleep to TV, but they are getting them soon. Otherwise, I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. We will be back!"
Hotel Lungarno - Lungarno Collection
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel, located on the banks of river Arno is one of the best hotels I stayed at. It has all the modern amenities and yet has an old world charm about it. Exceptional staff and service! Rooms were spacious and made twice a day. Staff were courteous and helpful at all times. Breakfast was great. Easy to get around on foot as most places are within walking distance. Check in and check out were flawless. If I ever come back to Florence I will stay here."
Il Rivalta - Place of Charme
10/10 Excellent
"My husband and I stopped in various cities during our recent trip to Italy, and the Il Rivalta was by far the nicest hotel. The rooms are very large and beautifully modern. There are great amenities and the staff was super accommodating. It is also in a great location, with a lot of nearby shopping and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again!"
