"6 friends/family enjoyed 2 nights here. 10 min walk from Piccadilly and close to Trafford centre and shops/bars/restaurants. A spacious, well presented property. The top bedroom more suited to kids re access being a little difficult. Great to have some outside space. Felt very secure, Would visit again."

"We loved our stay here. The house has been completely updated and it’s very comfortable. The rooms are clean, there was plenty of bedding, heating worked great so we weren’t cold and we loved the stackable washer/dryer. Easy walking to fun restaurants and super fun vibe in the area. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely recommend!"

"Far enough from downtown Manchester that either a walk or a few minute uber/cab ride gets you back. The beds were incredibly comfortable and great after a long day of traveling and exploring. "

"The check in process was made easier due to clear instructions for an unfamiliar keypad system. The house was immaculately clean and any niggles attended to promptly by Jen. It is very convenient with most rooms en suite. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen utensils were well ranged and of a good quality. "If you want to take a shower. Go for it. After 1 minute of only a little water, you’ll have to wait 5 minutes before you have a again a little water. Nothing was like promised in the advertisement. "

10/10 Excellent

"We had a lovely 24 hours at the Edwardian Hotel in Manchester. The location is perfect – just a short 10-minute walk to the coach station, with plenty of food options nearby. The in-room dining was excellent too, but the highlight was definitely The Library restaurant – the steak was delicious and the service outstanding. The décor and vibe of the hotel are beautiful, and the spa and swimming pool are fantastic for relaxing. A special mention goes to the older gentleman at the concierge desk – he was absolutely fantastic, so kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Overall, a wonderful stay – highly recommend!"
