We shared the bathroom with a cockroach. I think he owes us rent. The bathtub was slicker than snot. Needs traction grips. Beds were very clean and decent. The staircase needs lighting . Hard to see at night.

We were shown a few different rooms because the first room we were in had baby roaches in the bathtub. We werent trying to bring them home with us so after he showed us a few more rooms we went to the baymont literally next door. Could not in good conscience stay somewhere with my friend and our girlfriends knowing it had roaches.

There were roaches both dead and alive in the room, i got multibal bed bugs bite and both blankets and all the towls were stained and dirty. I will never book here again and im calling the health department monday. Pay the extra for a better place and save urself the expince of a bed bug treatment

Roach motel

HORRIBLE!! AC was off in the middle of 95 degree summer so extremely hot. When I turned on AC it was barely blowing and took 8 hours to make the room even bearable. Slept in sweat. Room had roaches(see pics) also had mold and chipping walls in bathrooms

The first room they assigned, the TV and the desk light did not work, there was only one towel in the bathroom etc. I went and got the desk clerk and he changed our room to a different one. There is no room service when staying for multiple days. To get clean towels, I took the dirty ones down to the desk and traded them. Also, there is no elevator so it was difficult for my wife to climb the stairs. There was a clump of hair left in the tub that I had to get out before my wife saw it.

Cockroaches in the bathroom, tried killing a bunch but they scurried away into the seams of the caulking. Only slept for 2 hours because of how uncomfortable the bed was. If i could have changed hotels at 1am I would have. Checked out the next morning and changed to the Baymont

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

Terrible customer service. No running water and A/C was not working. Traveled all the way from texas to be welcomes in an unfriendly manner after letting the front desk know about everything wrong with the room. Ended up booking a room elsewhere after driving for 18 hours I was tired and just wanted a warm shower and get some rest as it was 2 AM already. After all terrible terrible. Management needs training on how to deal with customers.Rude.
