The ladies at the front desk was absolutely awesome so friendly I’m used to only stay at a Hampton but I am completely hooked on Drury now your staff was wonderful awesome stay will definitely be back

The Hampton Inn is a first class choice for a stay. However on this site of Hotel.com /Expedia merging App it fail to offer it to me. Therefore I was force to finally book a lesser quality Hotel that I really didn’t desire to stay. Then all of a sudden, once I locked it in. Then appears on the site offering The Hampton Inn as a choice. I then requested a cancellation and a refund so that I could lock in Hampton Inn as my choice of stay. Hotel.com since then has fail to reimburse my $285.64 paid...

Excellent room, very comfortable, and very modern. Great linens, and great view from the balcony.

Wonderful rooms! What space and nice beds. Shower was awesome. The breakfast was great, not just good. The sausage gravy biscuits were on spot and had good eggs and choice of both meats. Pancakes and muffins and bagels too! A . It was so close to the Liberty square with all the stores and restaurants and mall!

Immaculate facility, comfortable, spacious, friendly absolutely loved this hotel! Also you will NEVER find a better breakfast included at a hotel anywhere in the US. We are traveling a lot over the next few months and I am trying to find another Residence to say in because this one was so great! Also a warm pool and a nice gym didn't hurt either! Location was wonderful for our family as well, we arrived tired and ended up walking across the parking lot for dinner. So easy!

Stuff was absolutely amazing, hotel was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to. Breakfast was amazing. Bed were very comfortable. I will be back to stay again.

Expedia did a horrible job on this but the staff at the hotel Were excellent. I would stay there again but I will not use Expedia ever again. I waited over an hour to get my room because of Expedia’s in ability to do their job correctly. The stafff at the hotel did everything they could to make our stay great. Expedia still owes me a refund that they have refused to return and charged my card 3 times for one night. Expedia sucks, hotel and staff are great!

Loved the front desk employee, other staff members for their great attentiveness, friendliness and sincere desire to provide an outstanding experience.

Room was nice and big (King with pullout). When we used the extra blanket for the pullout there were stains on the blanket so that was a little gross. The bathroom/shower were clean so that was great. A couple pieces of silverware in the drawer were not clean.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean (for the most part). There was a small issue with some hair left after the staff cleaned the bathroom. I asked for a room that was on a top level floor and was given an end suite room which was spacious and quiet. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The young man that checked me in walked me to the elevator. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I will definitely be staying again when I am in the area....

Very well kept and extremely nice property and loction

Peaceful stay yet close to the interstate. The restaurant and bar were a welcomed plus for convenience. Rooms recently redone with nice amenities in the room. Everything at your fingertips. Staff very helpful.
