The home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well-ventilated before guests arrive. We provide extra cleaning supplies you can use during your stay - book with confidence. We look forward to hosting you at our lovely place.
To help us manage resources sustainably, we provide a limited supply of essentials such as toiletries, paper products, and kitchen basics. If you anticipate needing additional items during your stay, we recommend bringing extras or purchasing locally.
If you're staying for more than 20 days, we'll send a cleaner around day 15 to freshen up the place. The cleaning fee is $170 and will be collected upfront when you book.

Other things to note
We may visit the house during your stay for an inspection if your stay exceeds 28 days or in response to any complaints from neighbors.
Please make sure to leave everything as it was upon arrival. Please do not move any furniture to prevent property damage which may lead to possible charges.
Our maintenance team regularly visits the property to take care of the grass and exterior areas. You might see them working outside during your stay, but it won’t interfere with your visit since they won’t need to enter the house. If any access to the house is required, we will request your permission in advance.
Please be aware that raccoons, coyotes might be visible at night. Our country estate is surrounded by abundant greenery, and it is quite common for insects, such as flies and spiders, to appear in and around the house depending on the weather conditions. You may notice flies in the sunroom adjacent to the kitchen, where we have installed a fly zapper, which may result in some dead insects. While we will make every effort to have the area thoroughly cleaned before your stay, you may still encounter a few during your visit.
Any activity beyond the property boundaries is at your own risk, particularly on wet ground.
Please avoid going outside without proper footwear.
Fires are not permitted on the property.
The room beyond the basement bedroom is designated for storage.
Maintenance of the garden, driveway, and other outdoor areas occurs throughout the year.
