"This was our first stay in Italy and the hotel & area made it even more inviting. There were many shops, food, vendors and restaurants as well as clothing, all within walkable distance. The train station was an also a close distance away making the area even more accessible. The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I hope to visit again "

"This property was unreal and completely redesigned 3 years ago. It’s such a well designed hotel with taste and fashion throughout. The modern funky design meets 1000 year old wooden beams and aged exposed brick. The view we had from our room over the piazza and looking at the church was stunning. The balcony was awesome to be on to watch the crowds below. The only issue was the A/C and lights shut off when you leave the room or are still for long enough for the A/C to kick off and the room turns...

The management was called and he came down and with great force managed to plug the kettle in. We left it plugged in for our 3 day stay. "Great hotel and exceptional staff who could not do enough for us. 15 mins easy walk from the Lake itself and main attractions, shops, ferry port, bus station etc. Como is a terrific hub to get around the lake and beyond. Our twin room was spacious with lots of amenities though area above desk could do with better lighting. Poor hairdryer but we had our own. Whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great pool area too. Reception, Dining Room Staff and the barman up on the rooftop pool were so lovely and helpful. Plentiful breakfast choices and a warm welcome every morning. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation "
