"Small room but comfortable and newly renovated. Helpful staff, convenient location and good restaurants. The only thing I did not like was the pillow. It was very hard and gave me a sore neck."
"Friendly staff on reception and a good location for walking to the main attractions of central UB. The room itself was modern with a very comfortable bed"
"We arrived late after a long travel day, hoping to just get a warm shower and rest — unfortunately, this hotel made that impossible. The check-in staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which already set a bad tone.
When we got to the room, we found that there was no hot water, only cold — and the phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t even call the front desk. The room looked like it was still under construction — unfinished and awkwardly arranged. One nightstand was placed randomly in the room...
"I have stayed in hotels of many countries, this one is among the worst. Said to be 4star, but less than 3 star. Staff are ok, but spoke almost no english --- and they called it "international". Toilet smelled, room small, TV not working. Hotels.com shld review its ranking."
"I had a comfortable stay.
The bathtub was hot and a hot shower came quickly.
There was a good variety of pillows available too.
But the karaoke was a little loud.
The restaurant was also great with a great view.
The staff are also very friendly.
Overall I thought it was a very good hotel."

Hotel Nine
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is only a block away from the center square and nearby restaurants and shopping centers. The room and bathroom were spacious. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

The room looked like it was still under construction — unfinished and awkwardly arranged. One nightstand was placed randomly in the room instead of beside the bed.
Speaking of the bed — it was extremely uncomfortable, basically a rock-hard surface with a few thin pads pretending to be a mattress. The balcony door didn’t lock, which felt unsafe. There was no proper lighting above the bathroom sink, making it hard to use the mirror.
The breakfast was terrible, with very few options and poor quality.
We were so disappointed that we decided to leave early and check into another hotel. This place has a long way to go before it should be open to guests. Would not recommend."
"It advertised that breakfast would be served from 7–9 a.m. but they only served it at 9 AM. They advertise that it had air conditioning, but on the seventh floor, not only was there no air conditioning, but the elevator ended in the sixth floor is spectating walking up to the seventh floor… The staff, however, was very friendly and overall the rooms were very nice as well inside. All in all I would stay at this hotel again especially if I can get somewhere below the seventh floor."
