"Lotsa was very very helpful. It was our 47th anniversary and Lutaa and Ogda were very helpful in making it a pleasant occasion. Also miss Bambi in the dining room was very pleasant and helpful. The food was okay but could use some improvement to be up to the kempinski intl five star standard. "

"Great location, hotel staffs were approachable. The only issue I found is they talk softly that I can barely hear them. The premier restaurant however needs staffs improvement. I went for lunch sat down no one came until I ask the menu. As I observed maybe that’s the way they do business because they never approached a customers while I was there. No one came to me “how’s your meal?” Or anything just to “break the ice”. Food is great but needs to improve on staff-customers relationships. I won’t recommend the restaurant. "
