"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Easy check in, very comfortable home for family time. Well equipped modern kitchen also a lovely array of chocolates and cereals and a bottle of wine as welcome package. Very clean comfortable bedding . Was easy to prepare meals and share dining and kitchen space with open living areas. Bathrooms were clean and very usable spaces. Great outdoor eating area with open fire pit. Lovely views of Mount Bogong would gladly stay here again."

"We had two families with young kids on our stay. Everyone had an absolute blast. Lovely place, fantastic location and well managed. We needed advice on the gas system and we were able to be helped without any issue (even on a weekend). Keen to stay again some time! Hopefully when the snow is better! "

"The property is spacious, well appointed, beautifully decorated and we had the most amazing long weekend for our annual Christmas family trip. The pool area was fantastic and although we stayed at the end of March we used it due to the location as it captured the afternoon sun. It’s a great walk into Bright and all its activities."

"Our stay was incredibly disappointing. Despite booking three nights, we only endured two due to the unpleasant conditions. The lack of cleanliness was evident, with no cleaning done since last guests, unmade beds, unchanged bedding, and a lack of hot water at night. Additionally, there were no general bins, and the toilet was blocked. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint and request a full refund for the dreadful experience we endured. I have taken photos as evidence of the unacceptable...
