"A lovely chalet amongst the trees a lazy 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Bright CBD. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the little self contained studio is warm, quaint and all one needs for a cosy comfortable stay. Love this property!😊 Friends were delayed getting away & I asked for a late checkout while waiting their arrival to resume our journey to Mt Hotham. The most amazing courtesy was extended to us and we were offered as late as we needed at no extra cost. All I can say is we are deeply appreciative of this kindness and I wholeheartedly recommend this great property. "

"We loved our stay at in a 2 bedroom spa cabin. Cabin was amazingly spacious ...and there was a river and suspension bridge right outside our front door! Beautiful location ...a few minutes drive to Bright, and close to Buffalo Mountain. Manager was amazingly kind and helpful."

"Elk at falls creek was an amazing stay. The in house restaurant Sorella had amazing food and service was fast. The menu choice I felt was a bit limited, however of the choices , all was cooked exceptionally well and all were tasty. I liked that the property has a separate entrance to use after being out on the slopes as well as the area for taking off boots was plenty and close to my room. It was a nice touch to have a separate area for relaxing away from the main dinning area. Our host Jake was fantastic, before arriving communication was fast and he was a really nice person to chat too. In fact all the dinning and bar staff were welcoming and nice to chat with. Staying in one if the smaller rooms was comfortable. The bed was pretty comfortable, it was a nice touch having a smaller heating cupboard in my room as having a nice toasty jacket in the morning was a bonus. The bathroom was great too , a tad small to be expected although i had no complaints. The heated bath rack was great. The walk down to the slopes was easy enough, a little harder on the way back up the hill, but there was a shuttle bus which was all too easy. Ski hire was near by and the team down there were fantastic. The highlight and main reason for booking with elk was the location and the hot tubs which were a very big plus afterwards. Thankyou all so much for an excellent stay. "
