"Our visit to the Springhill suites was lovely. The hotel was in a great location. It was very close to the Riverwalk and within walking distance to the Navy Pier and downtown Chicago. There are plenty good restaurants within walking distance. The Breakfast provided was very good with many choices. We would highly recommend staying here when you are in Chicago."

(Broken Valve) Informed staff the next morning, as the water was semi warm, but not hot. The next day, told that the boiler had failed (the night before) and there would be no hot water until 4 pm.
