"When we arrived (and we have said that we are +70 years old) we discovered that to get to the house you have to climb 50 steps of a very steep stair. Nobody told us! There is no aware at all in the publication. There should be! For aged people, it is a real nightmare. Very uncomfortable! Then, the cleanliness was not of very high standar. It needs deep clening. "We had a very pleasant stay at the appartment. Federico did a fantastic job in recommending us restaurants and activities in and around Moneglia and was very responsive. Some minor drawbacks were that the appartment is quite uphill on the road to Lemeglio, so it takes about 10 min to walk down to the town and about 15-20 min to walk back up to the appartment. However there is a bus service running all day on an hourly basis. Second point: the air conditioning is a bit noisy from time to time....
