"Second visit here and have already booked for next year, grounds , beach, food & staff 4 star , fantastic family resort. Rooms a little on the small side, daily room cleaning a bit hit and miss , all inclusive drinks ok ,cocktails very sweet and made with syrups not fresh ingredients , paid for cocktails were better this year than previous visit. Hired beach Cabana for our whole stay which was fabulous , the beach is beautiful and better than many four star resorts we have stayed at! Water sports & activities great value and made our stay even more enjoyable. Although graded a 3 star resort it has many 4 star attributes and only falls short on the little luxury's ( beach towels, mini bar, drinks quality , room size , room service & not 24hr all inclusive) not having these did not detract from our experience as a family holiday but wouldn't suit us a couples break."

"The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. The hotel is huge, with lots of pools and direct access to the beach. I was very satisfied even though I stayed for just one day. I’m already planning to come back with my family next time!"

"Nice, central hotel. Close to the Medina and marina. The room was large and comfortable, though tired looking. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. Tables were not always clean, I guess it is out of season and there are fewer staff. Overall a good option."

"Lovely staff who allowed me early check-in Phone in room not working.. reported twice but not fixed Wifi in room not working eventually fixed Lift not working when I arrived but they apologised Lastly wanted a glass of wine in bar but only served by buttle ?!"

"This place is literally falling apart. It hasn’t been updated since the 90s. The mattress was rock hard and the sheets paper thin. The curtains were dusty and dirty. The towels look like they have been through a lot. No toiletries in the ancient bathroom and the shower curtain was moldy. The breakfast was just awful with stale bread, powdered juice mix, and watered down coffee. It was served in a stuffy dining room that reeked of cigarettes. Oh and there was a mouse in the hallway. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. "
