"Staff seemed friendly. Hotel was nice and clean. It was up a small hill so it was very cutoff from walking anywhere easily. There is food across the street but you would have to drive to get there safely. Breakfast was pretty decent. The coffee tasted off like the filter needed replacement. The rooms were comfortable but there were very odd noises both days and nights. Sounded like someone drilling or doing construction and it was constant. Other than that I would stay there again"

"I couldn’t get into my timeshare in San Clemente when visiting Southern California for a high school reunion. So, I opted for Sonesta in Laguna Hills instead. This was a very affordable, clean and convenient alternative! I liked having the fridge in the room and also access to a microwave in the lobby. The pool and hot tub were also great to be able to use! I’ll return if I find myself in the same situation!"
