"The house was very clean. The only cleanliness issue was with the outdoor shower. It was full of sand. A longer hose is needed to hose off chairs and the shower. The house is very close to a beach access that doesn't have stairs, which made it easy for senior dogs and humans to go to the beach. Bedrooms on 3 floors allowed for privacy for all. The hot tub was operational and a nice addition, though it did have sand in the bottom. The stairway to the top floor had 2 nails not hammered in which could cause injury. There was plenty of room in the kitchen and living room for our group of 6. The elevator was operational and a nice addition for moving luggage and a senior dog that doesn't do stairs."

"My mom and I enjoyed Becky's oceanfront gem! This home was clean, comfortable, uncluttered, easy to access, and beautifully decorated. It takes about 12-15 steps (via the stairway) from the road front and 6 steps from the large, mostly covered deck to the beachfront. The location of this home is perfect! Restaurants and bars are within walking distance or a short drive, and the ocean is beautiful and right there! The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, cooking utensils, and eating ware. The communication w/Becky was timely and thorough. I would definitely come back!"

"The house is beautiful and walking distance to the beach. It was very important that we found a vacation rental that was dog friendly, and this place was perfect with a fully fenced backyard. The elevator in the house definitely helped when packing suitcases up to the bedrooms from the bottom floor! The pool and hot tub were clean and ready to use upon arrival. There were multiple options for dinner close by and we found a few cute little road side shops.My only complaint was the showers weren't super clean, but they weren't awful either. Overall I'd definitely stay here again!"

"This is a lovely home with an updated kitchen area. Well stocked with dishes and pots/pans. The deck area was so nice to have both shade and sun, right on the beach. Comfortable beds, nice sitting areas and TV. Hosts are kind and communicative. Will stay here again!"

"Steve was a fantastic host, very communicative and gave terrific recommendations to local restaurants. The house is as advertised and right on the beach. To top the trip off, on our last night, the sea turtle nest in front of the property hatched, which was a great way to end the trip. Would definitely consider revisiting."
