Property was very clean inside and outside. Rooms looked like they were recently remodeled. The bed was comfy and breakfast was good. We went to a concert at Vibrant Arena and it was very convenient to get to the venue and back. I would stay there again.

Shuttle was very helpful after a canceled flight and re-route, getting in at 11:30 pm. Staff was very helpful. Building was rundown, sink in first room flooded and broke, second room smelled of smoke. Good location, worked for what I needed urgently but would not choose if I had other options.

Let me begin by saying that the staff was excellent and very helpful when my phone fell out of my bag in the shuttle. You must call the hotel to get the shuttle and I was uneasy when it was not labeled, just a plain minivan. However the place is clean but poorly maintained. The breakfast was as expected and plenty of choices.
Carpet stained and damaged.
Shower and bathtub chipped. Mold covered up with thick gobs of poorly applied caulk.
The sink had no stopper and was very slow to drain.

The entire hotel was tired looking. Our specific room did not have adequate lighting, smelled musty and had a damaged bathroom door on both sides and a cracked floor in the shower, the bathroom sink did not turn off and the toilet did not always flush. What was the We did not eat breakfast because it was cold and unappealing.

I'm handicapped, use a rollator to get around. I can't stand without hanging onto something. We booked an Accessible room after being told that this meant it was handicap accessible. Well the bathroom had a shower chair but no handicap bars to assist getting off the toilet. This was not safe for me. We tried to contact the front desk but there was no answer despite 3 tries. My husband went to the desk. He offered to give us access to the next room that did have bars by the toilet, but only one bed that would not accommodate both of us. He gave u8s a key to that room but the next day gave it to someone else without informing. Side door into the building did not have a ramp that made it handicap accessible. . . I should say the side that had a working door did not have a ramp. The room temperature was so warm we had to put the air on, the temperature outside was around 30 degrees. The breakfast was acceptable, but there were no donuts or such that could be brought to the room.

First clue was the strong smell of air freshener in the lobby. They do not have an elevator so I had to drag my suitcase up five stairs. They didn’t bother to clear the ice from the parking area, so that made things worse. Once in the room, my throat started to close up - sure enough, more air freshener and a horrific amount of mold in the bathtub. They refused to refund my money - I guess they think the condition of their “hotel” is worth what they are asking. Save your money and go elsewhere. Terrible, terrible place! Poor management,

I have stayed at a lot of Quality Inns, this is easily the most run down one I have ever been in. It looks much newer then it is on the inside because at some point, a secondary wall was built around the existing motel to enclose it, however, I've seen this before, so it's not bad in and of itself, just something to be aware of that the property is much older than it appears from looking at the outside. The rooms are pretty run down, though they were at least marginally updated in the last 10yrs with a laminate flooring. The bed was just fine, no complaints there. The bathroom, however, had enamel quite warm off in the bathtub, and the tub also desperately needed to be re-calked asap. I should have taken pictures, it looked terrible, so I did not take a shower. There was a coffee pot though with coffee, and the room was very clean, though with a very strong musty lysol smell. Breakfast was fine with eggs, sausage, and the normal carb stuff. It was decent for the price, no complaints there. Staff was fine and helpful. This property needs some serious maintenance and love. The outside is pretty a bit dirty with trash on the grass around the property and some in the parking lot. Just some basic stuff that could be fixed to improve the property. Overall, it's okay, but there are better properties in the area, within this price range.
