"This is my second time staying here as my daughter goes to school in the area. The location is excellent. It is pretty close to 74 so there is a little road noise but that also makes it really easy to get around the quad cities. The accommodations are top notch. Nothing super fancy but it has all the amenities, clean linens and a comfortable bed. For those with limited mobility the tub does require you to step into it but it was not a problem for my crew. Josh is an excellent host. Quick with communicating and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property and will try to book this place whenever I am in town to visit my daughter. "
