This is an excellent apartment in a great location. It's close to everything, near all the shopping, supermarkets and restaurants, and within walking distance to a great number of points of interest in the city. I walked everywhere - to Ribeira, to the Dom Luis Bridge, to cafes with delightful coffee and pasteles de nata, to a city tour, etc. The apartment is spacious, with a full kitchen, modern appliances, bedroom, living-room, two TV-s, a balcony. If I decide to visit again - and Porto is worth visiting - I would love to stay there again. They can also provide transportation to and from the airport.
The best part is the staff - everyone is very friendly, with a sense of humour, eager to accommodate requests and answer any questions about the area and the apartment.

1.listening 2. Identifying the problem ( if it is the problem of the hotel, apologize immediately ) 3.helping to solve the problem ( not argue ) 4.excellent manner
This 5 stars hotel was far below the 5 stares hotels in Paris, Rome........ Our first trip in Europe was back to 1980. Share these and wait for improvements.
