"Staff great on arrival and location is brill for Chester town centre. All public areas are really well looked after. Breakfast was good with hot buffet food although would have liked a little more choice of fruit not just peaches and grapefruit. Room was just what we needed overlooking the canal, quiet and clean. "I stayed here with my husband and daughter, we were allocated a very spacious room which was clean and very comfortable. The staff on reception were very helpful and professional. We enquired about the best way to get to Anfield Stadium and they informed us about a shuttle service. We asked to leave our bags after checkout while we explored the city which they were happy to do. My daughter accidentally left her phone in our room and they called us to inform us immediately. Hotel in a great location to explore all areas of the city. Highly recommend. "
