TV has HBO, microwave, refrigerator and ice did freeze water bottle. The Ice machine actually has plenty of ice. AC works perfectly. Now, there is a railroad in the back would run every 20 minutes or so, bring your ear plugs if you need total silence to sleep. Coffee in the morning is ok.
