"The lobby grounds & room was clean. The front desk staff were very nice. We checked in 2 hours before scheduled check-in & there was a room ready for us. The room was dated, but very clean. The walls were peeling & there was a couch with 2 ottomans but no table which was weird, as there was a big open space on one wall. Bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. Bed was large (king size) & comfortable, sheets were clean. We would definitely stay here again."

"Room was a nice size. Check in agent was pleasant and friendly. Their pet fee is very reasonable, we’ve paid twice as much in lot less nicer hotels. Breakfast offered lots of choices, the coffee was good not weak like other chains. We were only there for one night so we did not use any of the amenities. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"The room was clean, our stay was fine, there was a wedding the first night we stayed and the resort made us aware that there would be extra noise and it would end at 10 and it did. We were not bothered at all. The only complaints we had was the indoor hot tub. There were signs everywhere saying it was for adults over 18 only. There were so many little children and babies with diapers in the hot tub that not only was it unsafe, it was immensely unsanitary and when we made a complaint we were met with rudeness, an eye roll from one young staffer, and nobody really doing anything about it. The last day when we went to get in there was brown scum along the wall and brown stuff floating in the water. If you make a rule you should do more to actually enforce it. At one point a father was trying to get his wife to comply with the rules and get her child out of the hot tub and to mom yelled across the whole room that nobody was watching the area anyway so it didn’t matter. Otherwise a decent stay. We would stay again!!"
