"This is my third tome staying at the Lancaster Arts Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and so well decorated! I love the art and artist theme. It is conveniently located to great dining and shopping. We also walked to a Minor League baseball game, which was fantastic and fun! John J. Jeffries restaurant was absolutely delicious! From vegetarian options to a pork chop for the meat-eaters in our group…everyone had great options! Sam did an amazing job of taking care of our large party. He was fantastic! We were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday and they made every part of the evening so special!"

"Air smelled stale in the hallways. Air conditioning worked well in the room. There was not 2nd roll of toilet paper in the room. Towels were soft, plenty of them and the shower worked great. I paid $30.00 extra for an early check in and had to wait 20 minutes past the hour to get in. Staff were friendly. "

"Or say started out a little rocky as the room assigned to us was not clean yet but the gentleman at the front desk was very cordial and understanding and gave us another room. The room is very clean and we have enjoyed our stay."
