"Great hotel to stay near Incheon Airport. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food options are also quite good, which makes it a convenient choice for travelers. The only downside is the shuttle service from Terminal 2, which stops running around 8:00 PM. Meanwhile, buses for the Grand Hyatt Incheon continue operating later into the evening. Since both hotels are connected through an internal passage, it would be very helpful if guests of Hyatt Regency Incheon were also allowed to use the Grand Hyatt shuttle service. This small improvement would significantly enhance the overall experience."

"It was a present stay as a small family with 9yo child, and happy to use next time again. It could have been better if we could see shuttle bus time table between terminals and the hotel online so that we could plan better."

"Room was fabulous bjt the feaort closes uta reataurants ans stores at 9am. We arrived at 8:30.so after checkin it was 9:05 and we had limited options "

"The staff wasn't there and I had some problems of using the kiosk to check in. However, the stuff did come down when I called the number. The amenities are barebone and outdated. It's okay for transit. However I cannot charge my phone because the outlet was different and I hadn't had that problem in previous stays in Korea. The good thing is there are a lot of restaurants nearby."

"Great hotel but DO NOT book on their own website. We booked a room for 2 on Expedia and paid a very reasonable price with taxes and fees. Then we decided to book another room to stay in separate rooms. I did it on the Oakwood website. They gave me a different, more expensive room than I selected, the price was increased significantly by taxes and fees (different from the Expedia site), and the booking was non refundable. VERY frustrating. That said, it’s a great hotel, but book somewhere other than their website. "
