Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, fan, and washing machine. Please note, there is no air conditioning, but two fans are provided. The building has an elevator for easy access. Relax on your private balcony in the evenings—please note, the balcony does not offer direct sea views.



Guests can enjoy the shared rooftop solarium with sea views, perfect for sunbathing and cooling off in the available shower. The property is ideally located just steps from the beach, with public transport links within easy walking distance.
