"This was our first time using VRBO because we usually use our Timeshares but there are none located in Moab. We had originally booked a hotel but in looking at the VRBO sight we spent the same amount of money with bigger space so changed our reservations. It was so nice to come back to the house after going off roading to just relax and enjoy the hot tub! We enjoyed our time and it was nice to be a little bit away of main street! "

"The condo was well appointed, spacious and comfortable. There was a problem with finding the actual address and the auto key system to get in but once resolved we were fine. The bedroom at the back needed more air conditioning or a ceiling fan since it was very hot during our visit to the area."

"This was home base for us as we visited Arches and Canyonlands. The home and pool were a great respite after morning hikes. Clean and cool inside the home. TV reception was dependent upon the internet so it was spotty at times but I think that is a result of the mountains. The garage was a bonus!!"

"We stay in 2-3 VRBO's annually. This townhome ranks A++. It was super clean and spacious. It's better than the photos!! It's at the entrance of the neighborhood on the end - easy in and out with a great view. The pool is across the street, but far enough where you don't get a lot of noise. There are 2 separate pool areas in the complex. The one near this townhome has 2 pools, a hot tub and a pickleball court (bring your own paddles/ball). The home was stocked with everything we needed...
