"Nice location. Clean cabin. We used 2 of the available 3 rooms. Comfy beds, nice bathtub! Good location and helpful staff. 2 thumbs up!"

"First off, I had emailed them weeks before my arrival! The communication was the worst I have ever had! When, you call the phone number, no one answers and it goes straight to voicemail! Then you get a text saying… how can I help you! It took them over an hour just to get back to me about my reservation! Someone should be on the property at all times! I did not stay because the contact said that I had a tent reservation and not one of the houses and that they were already booked for that day! So, I canceled it!"

"Great condo with resort pools and hot tubs. Lots of parking for guests with toys. Very responsive to any issues that arise.Thank you for hosting a great stay for our group."

"Clean, well decorated spacious bedrooms, living and kitchen area with wide hallway. Extra 1/2 bath is a nice feature. Well stocked kitchen, pet friendly and just a few minutes to downtown Moab."

"A couple things: The sheets had not been washed. How did I know this? I pulled back the comforter to find women hairs in the bed. Additionally, we arrived very late. The door has to be pulled in to open. This needs fixed and updated. After several attempts to get the door open- we got it open but, after slight panic attack and some curse words. Please fix this. "
