"This is a quality place to stay for the money. It is right next to the highway and can be loud at night. Staffing is okay, had to wait at the front desk 5-10 minutes before someone showed up to check me in. They have a little espresso stand in the lobby and the person I talked to appeared to be clueless as to what I was requesting. They have a little restaurant that serves a full breakfast but I think they would be better served to offer a scaled down free breakfast instead. I would stay here...

"The place reminded me of a private motel. It’s was spacious 2 beds two fridges 2 bathrooms, a loft and it was clean. Not my standers of clean but it had No bugs. The noise level is where it’s like being in a motel. You hear everything from everyone. Alarm clocks to doors shutting, and laughing/talking from other huts. You also hear a lot of road traffic. "Beautiful property a little ways out of Moab but worth the trip in the canyon. Restaurant was excellent. Only issue was paying to park $20 a day when there is a ton of space at the property. "

"Elevator was odorous and dirty. Only one ice machine for property and it was broken/not in service. Breakfast options were minimal. Bed was flat and uncomfortable. Tv remote was broken/ missing back and batteries. Location was good and it seemed clean but just an average spot at best. Staff wasn’t the friendliest either."
