"This is a beautiful hotel & we loved the facilities the hotel had. The only downside is location. While it’s right near a train station making it easy to travel around, there is not much do around the hotel that is walking distance. For a family with teenage boys it would have been nice to have shops that were close by."
"Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Large selections of both western and Asian foods. Staff was super friendly and helpful and they spoke English which helps significantly. On somewhat negative side, the Main tower rooms need updating!!"
"Hotel was extremely nice and service was wonderful , great location , excellent
Staff made it a pleasure to visit .
Will definitely be back and refer others"
"Beautiful garden. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very nice to have two 7-Elevens in the complex, including one in the building. Perfect location for any type of train travel, including metro within Tokyo and trains out of Tokyo. Walkable neighborhood. Great view from our hotel room."
