"Wir sind mit einem 6 jährigen Kind gereist und hatten ein großes Zimmer mit einem Beistellbett. Das hat super funktioniert und wir konnten das Bett sogar neben das Doppelbett stellen um eine große Liegewiese zu erhalten. Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, Personal super nett. Wie immer ein toller Aufenthalt"

"The receptionist was incredibly unhelpful. No one spoke English and when our German was not enough there was no understanding or customer thinking. Just a constant repetition of the words she knew we did not understand. When there was a problem with the payment via Hotels.com she had no interest in helping to try to solve it. Just to get a credit card. We had an apartment and even though there is a small kitchenette there is no plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Completely empty. The staff in the...
