"The house is well located but it was not clean. Dirty dishes were just put in the cubboard and the shower upstairs leaked through the ceiling in the living room. Afterwards we received an invoice to pay extra for electricity. This was not indicated on the website beforehand."

"This spacious chalet will not disappoint! Plenty of room for the entire family and has everything you need for a nice vacation. Easy to find, has a fully equipped kitchen and everything is modern. Covered parking and close to all the local towns of Kaprun and Zell Am See. Owner is very responsive and easy to reach for any questions. Has fantastic view of the mountains! There is a grill for a BBQ too. Very peaceful neighborhood."

Wenn der Wettergott , wie bei uns, mitspielt, eine perfekte Unterkunft für Urlauber, die entlohnt von der traumhaften Natur , die Ursprünglichkeit zu schätzen wissen. Man fühlt sich von den Besitzern des Bauernhofes nebenan sehr willkommen . Wir kommen wieder ;-) ."

"Der Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Chalet war wirklich wunderschön! Es fehlt einem dort an nichts, die Einrichtung ist top, die Ausstattung sehr gut und der Blick auch fantastisch. Einziger negativer Punkt war, dass man zum Skibus doch mindestens 15 Minuten laufen muss. Wir waren daher doch sehr auf das Auto angewiesen. Aber wirklich ein wunderschönes Chalet."

"Just 15 min and you willfind yourself in zellamsee downtown. We would never forget our great moments at this chalet. we had fan and an amazing week there. It is neat, clean and has wide spaces, and beautiful balconies. It seems very new for me. "We spend a week with three families in this house and everything was perfect. House is located near Mittersill, which makes it ideal to explore many nearby ski areas - Kitzbuhl, Wildkogel, Zillertal and Kaprun. The house offers plenty of things to do for kids - pool table, ps4, gaming tables. There is more than enough room for 3 families. Hosts are very hospitable and responsive."

"The place was quite clean and nice, and they allowed us an early check in. Our lodge was nice and spacious, and comfortable to stay in. Sauna was pretty nice too, only really busy on one of the evenings we were there, but overall had the necessities. Close to the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area too. Only thing is they could improve the breakfast a bit - on one of the mornings the fruit we were given didn’t seem very fresh (the apples were very soft etc),...
